The Chemistry and Sport website is now into its third year and we are delighted to announce that there will be 13 new resources coming on line over the coming months including four Olympic Games themed resources supported by the British Olympic Foundation.

Other resources will also focus on the sports of weightlifting, diving, luge and athletics as well as some of the sports already featured on the site over the last two years including cricket and cycling.

There will be resources available for each of the age groups over the coming months so keep checking back to the site for new releases, especially if you have ever wondered what role chemistry plays in weightlifting or what the connection is between the Olympic Torch and science.
